Dr. Michael Kelley worked as the TIS Advisor for technical and managerial purposes. Performed analysis of manpower, workloading, capacities and capabilities of the Department of the Air Force for documentation and reporting to BRAC and other officials. Advised on Business Practice and Policy issues. Dr. Kelley worked as the TIS liaison with other Directorate staff offices and/or external functions such as DOD and contractors. Identified future state-of-the-art technology insertion requirements and associate training requirements for obsolescence avoidance. Dr. Kelley worked closely with Directorate, Branch, Section and Civilian personnel.
Dr. Kelley received awards from LH Division for contributions to Sustainment 2001 OIB and Century 21.
